Slitting
- Means cutting the foil with a shear action to the right width while rolling it off the mother roll
- Mother rolls up to 1,600 mm wide and 1,000 mm in diameter
- Mother roll cores of 70 mm, 76 mm, 152 mm or 200 mm
- Rolling up to 600 mm in diameter on cores of 76 mm in diameter
- Material up to 2 mm in thickness, depending on type (paper, plastic, rubber, laminate)
Transversal cutting off the roll
- Means cutting the foil transversely with an upper blade
- Mother rolls up to 1,900 mm wide and sheets up to 3,000 mm long
- We can also slit and cut transversely on the same machine while rolling up the remaining material
- Various fast transversal cutting machines for limited widths
Transversal cutting off the roll with shear action
- Means cutting the foil transversely with an upper and a lower blade (similar to scissors)
- Mother rolls up to 1,900 mm wide
- Transversal teeth-cutting too
Roll cutting
- Bringing the mother rolls to width without unrolling
- Mother rolls up to 450 mm in diameter and up to 2,000 mm wide
Rewinding
- Means rewinding the mother roll without slitting to get the right degree of tension or to correct the alignment
- Mother rolls up to 1,600 mm wide and 1,000 mm in diameter
- Rewinding up to 600 mm in diameter on cores of 76 mm in diameter
Laminating
- Applying a support or protective foil while rewinding
- Diameters up to 400 mm, width from 50 mm to 100 mm
- Also, partially cutting material or supporting materials
Die-cutting
- Die-cutting with knife steel dies
- Cutting pads up to 1,000 mm by 1,000 mm
- Roll widths up to 2,000 mm
- Simultaneous die-cutting of varying qualities
Transversal cutting
- Transversal cutting of sheets and other materials
- Both automatic and manual feed
